You know what my favourite type of food was, before I went AIP? Italian.
Yes, I loved curry and Chinese food too - but Italian was always the choice when I was going out for dinner with friends. I loved great big, layered up lasagnes and twirling Spaghetti Carbonara around my fork. I ate pasta 4 times a week, and tried every Italian restaurant in town.
Those days are long gone for me, but that doesn't mean that you can't enjoy Italian inspired food without the gluten, grains and dairy.
