Ever since my blogging friend Jenna from Living Intentionally Coaching told me about the turmeric lattes she makes, I can't stop thinking about fricking turmeric.

I know it's good for you, but it also adds vibrant colour, a delicate sweet kind of flavour and it goes with so many other ingredients. Like lemon, or mango. Lime, coconut. So many things. And although it's not AIP compliant, if you tolerate black pepper, add a little before blending, to help you get the most out of the turmeric.

Three ingredients. And so refreshing. Go make it.
