Posh Deli Platter

Thank you for your support.I don't know if it's because there are more parties at this time of year or whether I just look for ways to serve dinner without cooking - but a platter like this, strewn with fresh fruits, ham and nibbles is always a good idea.
I don't do well with dairy, and so this board is intentionally dairy-free, although if you don't have similar dietary restraints I've also included some ideas for other things you can add, too. Like peppers? Add some marinated sweet red peppers to the board. Cheese? Add a wedge of that, too, if you tolerate it.
Oh, and don't forget the honey drizzled over at the end. It's what turns this into a standard load of food on a plate to a spread well deserving of the hashtag #foodporn. Sticky, salty, sweet, crunchy, tender... my goodness this is good.

Here's how to make your own platter...
Posh Deli Platter
4 fresh figs, halved or quartered
6 slices of salami (leave out if AIP)
6 slices Parma Ham/Prosciutto
6-8 radishes, washed
handful or two of olives
6-8 fresh strawberries
1-2 tsp runny honey
optional: fresh herbs, marinated artichoke hearts, capers, pickles, white kimchi, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, sliced red onion
Arrange everything on a serving tray, plate or platter or wooden board. Just before serving, drizzle with the honey.
