Ugh, exams. I had so many of them at school, college and uni. And I look back and cringe at myself in my late teens, my head buried in books and revision notes and keeping myself going with caffeine and sugar. 




What you need, to keep your brain engaged, are healthy snacks. My daughter is just going through her exams now, which means many of you (or your teens) will be too. And I'm going to be making her some of these tasty things to snack on as she does her revision. Low in refined sugar - so no blood sugar crashes. No gluten, so no tummy aches to distract her, either.
