Posh Deli Platter

I don't know if it's because there are more parties at this time of year or whether I just look for ways to serve dinner without cooking - but a platter like this, strewn with fresh fruits, ham and nibbles is always a good idea.

I don't do well with dairy, and so this board is intentionally dairy-free, although if you don't have similar dietary restraints I've also included some ideas for other things you can add, too. Like peppers? Add some marinated sweet red peppers to the board. Cheese? Add a wedge of that, too, if you tolerate it.

Oh, and don't forget the honey drizzled over at the end. It's what turns this into a standard load of food on a plate to a spread well deserving of the hashtag #foodporn. Sticky, salty, sweet, crunchy, tender... my goodness this is good
