Win a Copy of The Icecreamists Book

You may remember that I reviewed and tried out some of the ice cream recipes from The Icecreamists book - well now I've got one to give away to one of you!

To refresh your memory, read the review here - but what I can say is that I haven't put my copy down since I got it. Since I wrote the original post, I've made ice cream with Nutella and Ferrero Rocher chocolates and been inspired to devise a Snickers-style peanut and chocolate sundae - my adventures in ice cream were propelled to a new level with this book, and they're still going on.

All you have to do to win a copy of the book is enter a comment in the box below and register it via the Rafflecopter widget. You will get extra entries for Twitter follows and Facebook likes. Please don't register anything on Rafflecopter if you don't actually like, follow or comment - I do moderate entries and any bogus entries will be disqualified. The book can only be posted to a UK address.

The giveaway is for one copy of The Icecreamists book and will end on 20 July 2012.

Good luck!

  1. My favourite flavour is vanilla as I can top with different flavoured sprinkles and toppings. I have tried a fair few as we have an ince-cream.milk shake parlour in Newcastle that sells lots of different flavours!I love the latte and candy floss!

  2. My fav is mint choch chip, yum! The weirdest flavour I tried was tomato ice cream at a very bizarre tomatofest I happened upon when in a remote village near me. It was awful, haha :)

  3. I often walk past the Icecreamists shop in Covent Garden on my lunch break and secretly wish I could quit my job and work there - purely for the uniforms y'know :)
My favourite flavour of ice cream was one that I gulped down in vast quantities on our last holiday to the Maldives called Kuramathi Screwpine made with a local plant. Utterly delicious! The weirdest was a basil ice cream that I had at a work christmas party - not sure I would want to revisit that!

  6. I love yogurt flavour ice cream - not frozen yogurt but the flavour in the ice cream. I only seem to be able to find it in other countries like Germany though! I went to the Icereamists place in Covent Garden recently but didn't have the courage to try the breast milk ice cream!

  7. My favourite ice-cream was a homemade maple syrup one from a Matt Tebbutt recipe...until I made The Icecreamists Jamaican Ginger Cake ice-cream from a recipe in the Sunday paper. It tasted like my childhood :-)

  13. Mine is quite predictable really. It's strawberry. However it does have to be proper cornish ice cream. Oh I really do need to be more adventurous! x
